A dream come true....

The gift of giving is wonderful. Saturday I had a wonderful opportunity to see about 16 girls faces just light up! They were so bright they could light the world. I volunteered to help out the ASAP group led by a few people a couple by names Tammie Mayden, Jessica Mayden, and Victoria Mando. This was just an awesome awesome awesome event. The group consists of boys and girls ages 4th grade and up. They have a couple seniors Ben and Stacy who you might remember I did both of their senior pics that also help out. Anyways it all started way back trying to get this together. They asked local businesses to help out with this project by donating something whether it be something for the silent auction, money or whatever several did and some did not. However I think they had some nice things for the silent auctions in fact I'm going in for a massage next Monday I definately need that! Ok so these girls got to have their hair, make up, and nails done by some hair stylists who also donated their time. After they had all that done they came to my studio we did a few shots in the studio and then they had a fashion show. To see these girls smiles I"m telling you made me feel just so happy. When posing them they would seem shy at first and then they were really getting into it. They all looked beautiful. After the fashion show later that evening they had a tea party. Governor Henry's wife donated a tea cup as well as a senators wife. I thought that was pretty neat. They had a nice tea party and had some delicious food and just had a great time.

I would personally like to thank everyone who made this possible. Those girls will never forget this. You have made a huge impact in their life.
Frocks & Fashions Edie donated all the dresses! Southwest Cupid did alot of sewing and taking up for them.
Tammie, Jessica and Victoria....wow is all I can say! You are awesome. I am so lucky to have been a party of this. I can't wait until next year! Thank you for allowing me to be a party of it.

Graduation is coming up!

This year I offered custom designed graduation announcements and my clients have loved them! It's something a little more personal than the plain boring white announcements from the school. Here are a couple of the ones I designed. I offer two sizes one is a 4.5 x 5.7 and then a slimline 4x8 so here are a few different ones. 4.5 x 5.7 examples

Tyler says goodbye to High School

Tyler is graduating high school so he came in for senior pictures. Here are couple from his session. He wanted to wait until after prom to do his pictures because he was getting a mohawk.

This one is my favorite.

The Little Man P.

I'm excited about having my new airplane and so I had to use it on this little man P. He was such a cutie! He was full of energy and so much fun. We laughed we played we honked horns at each other. His mother probably thinks we were crazy! But I think he had a lot of fun. He has the prettiest red hair I have seen. Here are a couple from his session.

The B Family

The B Family came in for family day. They were full of energy and a fun group. The little boys wanted to play football. The little girl wanted to crawl around everywhere. But we got some.

Blanca's Family

Blanca and her family came in for some family portraits. The little one well she just didn't want to have anything to do with me. Well until my husband hit me in the head the rest of the family were cracking up I didn't think it was so funny. We finally got her to look at me a little. She likes her brother though she smiled for him.
